It was created to offer the best possible service to its clients and rental to them the fully equipped venue in which it is based, through the online booking service of the website. The booking cancellation policy, which applies to the use of this service, that each user accepts as a guest or with his/her registration unreservedly, is as follows:

1. Cancellation and Refund procedure

You can cancel a booking ivolving all selected time slots, until 2 days before the arrival date at Studio π56, whether you have paid the total amount, or not, due to inability to arrive at the venue and due to a schedule change. The cancellation link is found in the booking confirmation email. After the cancellation you will receive a booking cancellation confirmation email.

Inability to arrive: if you have already paid, you will need to contact Studio π56 in order to arrange a refund of the total amount.

Schedule change: After cancellation you will need to use the booking form again or contact Studio π56. If you make the new booking through the form, click on the payment method ‘Pay upon arrival at the venue’ in order to arrange any difference of the total amount that may result due to the selection of more or fewer time slots.

2. Amendment of booking cancellation policy

www.p56.gr reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present booking cancellation policy, in accordance with its needs and merchantable and when deemed necessary to ensure the services it offers, without any warning to users (visitors, registered members and clients) who will be informed via specific locations on the website, as well as with informative email about the changes made. Amendments apply to all users without any exceptions being made. Users are required to comply with the amendments in order to continue making use of the services of www.p56.gr.

3. Applicable law

This current agreement as well as any contractual or non-contractual relationship between www.p56.gr and its users (visitors, registered members and clients), is governed by the Greek law, and competent courts to hear any dispute are only the courts of the city of Athens.
